This thing is so buggy, the start menu works like 50% of the time and its slower than w7. Posted July 30, 2015 Share Posted July 30, 2015 I have downloaded the 64 bit version for my computer and every time i try to install this i get the vary same error and i have gotten 3 times idk what to do :( 0x1900101-0x20017 The installation failed in SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation. anyone have a solution?
