You can upgrade your purchase how ever many times you want until there are no upgrades left, but the amount of plat, and cost for the pack will remain the same. You can upgrade your purchase how ever many times you want until there are no upgrades left, but the amount of plat, and cost for the pack will remain the same. what he means by the cost for the pack will remain the same is that if it costs $100 for the third tier and $250 for the fourth, if you buy the third, the fourth will then become $150 just to make sure there isn't any slight of confusion that buying a lower tier doesn't affect the higher tier as they don't change.
