"login Failed: Check Your Info"

Hey guys, I'm just now coming back to Warframe after almost 2 years, I see alot has changed...but...whenever I try logging into the game, I get the error "Login Failed: Check your info". 

I'm certain I'm typing in my info correctly, it worked when logging into the website (as you can see) and I even reset my password to no avail. What do you guys think could be the problem?

This tends to be the error when login fails for any reason.  It's possible that login servers are strained with today's release of Update 17.  I suppose it could also be firewall settings, but I don't really know anything about firewalls and networks.

I'm here Stuck with this "Login Failed. Check your info" and I was told to go to support about it but that doesn't seem to work either and I just got done buying platinum so I'm kind of upset the fact that I put money into a game I can't play so if someone could help me get around this that would be great.

I had no idea U17 was coming out for consoles now, that's almost 100% the problem. I'm guessing you, along with everyone else (including me), will be able to log in tomorrow.

No lol they send u17 to cert tuesday so we wont get it till the following week its an microsoft issue not DE

There's many threads on this issue. Some say "It's all Microsoft!" and some say "It's the update!"

Either way you look at it, all we can do is be patient.

Xbox fixed their issue, I checked the server status and so now Warframe is just having issues. No idea what is going on.

Hey guys add me on to the ship I just tried to log in the war frame and it's a login failed please check info so do I have to wait till morning or something to get the info back or what, just sent the support form but I don't think I'm going to get it back till tomorrow so I don't know

Welcome to PC problems and bugs... This happens to us quite frequently.

I suggest re-typing all of the your info back into your login, sometimes that fixes it for us who play on PC

Actually, this is a better status update with xbone warframe. Every xb1 is affected currently and they are trying to figure out a solution please be patient.
