Weapon Scoping And Secondary Fire.

Previously it was possible to have it set so that a weapon that could scope could use mouse two to zoom, (For example's sake let's use mouse two...) while a weapon with a secondary fire could use mouse two for secondary. Would it possible to add a zoom/secondary fire feature so that we can simply handle zooming on a secondary capable weapon by using a dedicated zoom binding?

To be honest it makes much more sense to have the Aim binding be aim for all weapons, and the secondary fire binding be secondary fire for all weapons. Rather than having some sort of thing where if a weapon has a secondary fire then Aim and secondary fire switch bindings.

Sorry you got used to the old way where aim became secondary and there was no aim function. You'll just have to get used to the new way since trying to accommodate the old style is just going to complicate keybindings more than they already are.

Heres a suggestion, can we have more control when mapping key bindings. The problem i'm facing is that I use controller and while the controls are fine, i cant map out everything i'd like to, to the controller cause of ther being only so many buttons. It would be nice if say for example we could have combination key bindings. Just like when tenno go to bullet jump you press ctrl + space could we have access to the key bindings in such a way that secondary fire could be triggered by two keys, like say aim key + another button. The best part this wouldnt just benefit secondary fire, and allow for alot more control.

I like this idea of contol combination bindings... Although this thread is dead, there is another firemode thread with much more life to it...

As for getting used to the secondary fire... I'm trying, since I mainly use a quanta, and it is tough.

Here is a more lively thread of identical topic:
