Critical Delay - "2X For Bows" ?

Hey guys,

 

I hopped on at work today to test out U17 and noticed that Critical Delay had an added parenthetical to its description saying (2X for bows) I placed it on my Daikyu and my dread but it still only applies 48% crit buff. I wasn't able to confirm whether the fire rate was reduced twice as much.

 

I'm pretty sure this wasn't here before U17, but I don't think I saw it listed as a change, and if it is, is it even working? Is the crit buff doubled, the fire-rate penalty doubled or both?

 

Anyone else seen this?

The fire rate stat is doubled for bows, both negative and positive, this applies to all mods.

All firerate mods are x2 for bow, not sure if it is actually working or should have shipped with this update since it is not in the patch notes.
