Sedna - Mobile Defense Won't Progress

I was doing my first Sedna mission today as I had wanted to progress to Uranus whilst farming for Natah and a dual sword stance. The mission progressed as normally, although it seems New Loka sent their energy draining minions to me. Then I reached the console, the datamass was injected succesfulyl and I'm off to fending off the reinforcements. The timer then reach zero, and enemy stops spawning.

 

Afterwards I can't do anything. The datamass cannot be retrieved, there's no enemy to be fought. I progressed to the next room and it told me to inject the datamass but I have none, it's still stuck in the other machine. This sorta mean that I have to forfeit whatever reward I'll get.
