I Bought Plat But Still Don't Have It, Does Anybody Know More About This?

Yesterday I bought a bunch of plat but now more then 12 hours later I still don't have it. Since the support section doesn't do anything for me in the weekend I went to the forums for information. Maybe people here know something more about it or are also having the same problem. I'm kind of worried to bo honest that something went wrong and now I just threw money away. :/

I've personally had it take up to 18 hours to process (was right after U16) even though most of the time it's pretty quick. I'd not really start to worry until 24-48 hours have elapsed.

I tried logging in and out but to no result. Also I did not recieve a transaction email yet. Normaly it doesn't this long.

I also already made a support ticket but since DE doesn't do anything with it in the weekend (wich I can understand) I won't get a response until monday or maybe later

might be the servers, idk, they've been a pain

sometimes it can take a bit of time - and the servers are being stretched now U17 is here
