Im Dont Get Any Master Rating When Im Lvl Up Weapons

Good day im not sure,if is it bug or it works different like i think.But im do not get any master rating when im lvl up NEW weapon or warframe(im stucket at 6 rank and half).Please answer my at email khronos1@seznam.cz thanks for help and sorry for my bad english

u got a few master rating pe lvl at weapon or what ever no?not all when u get 30 rank im right?

for example im do from 1rank mlee weapon to 5 and im got 0 master rate...what i remember berfore then i got 6 it works like that per lvl on weapon u get few master rating so..im not sure just write me if im huh Dumb :D
