SilverHelix Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 Up until U17, when I ran the boost that doubles the amount of a drop, it doubled the amount of restore power on capsules dropped by mobs and chests, 8% restore now they only restore 4%. taiiat Posted August 3, 2015 Share Posted August 3, 2015 (edited) the Boosters affecting it in the first place would be the Bug, since it creates a balance problem (and a bit of Pay to Win). so that would be a Bug fixed, rather than a Bug created.
