DarkFireRogue Posted May 24, 2013 Share Posted May 24, 2013 I was just thinking that Rhino is the heaviest character in the game, so I think it would be cool if he could equip two primary weapons at the sacrifice of running speed. And you want to buff him even MORE?! Well he is supposed to be a tank and he has a weapon limit? That's odd. Having two primaries wouldn't be such a huge thing anyways.
