Harpak Needs A Fix....badly

I have not been able to effectivly use the Harpack because it will not hold mods. In fact if I have it equipped then change other weapons it removes other mods and even cosmetic changes.

It's not the weapon, but the server that doesn't upload the changes you do. This has ben happening since U17 and, to me, with not only the Harpak, but with warframes and companions too.

 

EDIT: The only fix that the weapon needs, it's the fact that you can't equip Terminal Velocity in it.

^ THIS! I second the frustration from OP, this shouldn't be happening. Period. It's not like their servers do any work hosting games, as that workload is shifted to players. Updating load outs is simple bug that should have been fixed by now.
