Loadout Mods/appearance Bug!

Hi

 

So i have noticed since the update that when i equip mods to weapons and change color of the weapon/warframe

as soon as i enter another mission they would go back to default or back to what i had them before!

 

Its mostly happened with weapons and warframes that i have obtained quite recently for example i got my Nova Prime out of foundry and equipped a Aura and a few mods and change the colors to what i wanted them to be then i would start a survival to get a few levels and when i get into game the colors and mods are not equipped.

 

this has happened to a friend of mine a few times aswell so i though i would let you guys know :3
