Beta Key bug

So I received my closed beta key for my account

However, whenever I try and login and apply the key I always get this screen

I tried the link in my email, I tried to manually add the key, I tried everything I could think of (even a different browser), including logging into this forum to ask for assistance so I could apply the key to my main email but I couldn't even login to the forum.

Ultimately, I had to create a new account with a different name and then manually add the key that was attached to the link in my email. I would much rather play on my primary email since I don't use this email and I have to use a different name then what I would prefer.

Is there anyway this key can be moved to my other account or something we can work out? Sort of a rough start to testing and I haven't even downloaded the game yet. =/
