Can't Join Dojo

I can never join a Dojo, unfortunately every time we want to get invited to something its a hard reset, all veteran players know that. But why can't I simply join the Dojo? I have a wired connection straight to my modem, all I have is a pc that is off and my cell phone. Is it me or others. Several times I've tried to trade with others only to have my hopes trashed by host issues. What can I do that's simple and easy to improve this. This has been an issue ever since I've been playing this bit has been an issue for the year I've almost been here for. Is this a player issue, or is it DE's side? What can be done to stop it. Will their be updates or fixes for this in some way in the future? "Host Not Found" is this the end of days where I'm forced to solo everything. ;-:
