Canceling A Dojo Room

Is there a way to cancel the construction of a room after it has already begun, before the room's completion?

During the "under construction" phase the Cancel Build button doesn't show up.

I think it can be cancelled by clan's warlord but I'm not sure it will return resources invested

According to the livestream, I think that's exactly what they said would happen. 

 

I think the way they posed it was, 'Let's say the Warload comes home drunk one night, and decides the clan needs three new dueling rooms....'  Presumably this was after the Clan Vault is introduced, so I can't say the current system will return resources to individual players.  But I'm pretty sure they were thinking along those lines.
