It is probably a blueprint (if im not mistaken it used to drop loki, but not sure). Check your foundry

It isn't random. It is a bug. It is when the host has their setting not to English.

See it too in defence "Wave".

it is  a warframe part blueprint

 

on mine, Hyena drops "Loki Syste*.*********" << what's exactly typed like that in my screen.
