My Platinum Disappear?

Hi, i was wondering if anyone have this problem, my platinum which is about 2300 platinum got reduced to 1500 platinum for apparently no reason and i have not bought anything, i left my plat at 2300 and thats it. Then i wrote a support ticket  about this and hop in the next day hoping by some miracles my platinum would go back to 2300, but guess what? my plat got reduce to a measly amount of 273 platinum! Then i wrote another ticket about this as well but the ticket has not respond for 3 days now and i know it said that it takes longer to respond because of the bugs but how long does support ticket respond usually? I am waiting patiently and i don't know what to do, it is a large sum of money i lost and of course im not happy about this. I even check all my inventory to see if someone hack my account and bought something but i did not see anything at all in my inventory except the usual stuff i grind like bp. What would you do? and if developer or support ticket people see this please help me fix this.

Honestly mate, they will have got so many support tickets in the last few days since U8 you'll be waiting a while for a response. Hold firm and play as a free player for a few days until they get back to you.
