Firebasket
You have no idea the amount of lulz I just had. Best mod ever. Maybe in the future I could have a matching Warm Coat for my sentinel, too!
lifestream
there is one for fire too.... 3% not to mention that environment effects are random so you cant even plan to take one with you.
GraalOhOtonami
Should be around 50% at max lvl not 15% xD12%, get it right.Yeah, because I'm totally going to waste 9 mod slots on the off chance that I might get a cold mission, for an extra 12 shields. Afroman12
Simple Solution: Leave the game. This Mod is useless.
Vitriolic_Crux
Yeah I got that one and Lightning Rod, 3% resist vs. Lightning. Are there even any enemies that use ice or lightning?
GraalOhOtonami
Yeah I got that one and Lightning Rod, 3% resist vs. Lightning. Are there even any enemies that use ice or lightning? Nope, not a one.
Katakuna
people asked for it enough, here it is and now people are upset. where can i buy logic? They're upset because it's a complete waste of mod capacity for something that has no effective benefit. Seems a fair reaction to me.
leonvision
Nope, not a one. Lech Kril does ice damage and melee corpus crewmen does lightning damage
Flunky
people asked for it enough, here it is and now people are upset. where can i buy logic? yeah we're supposed to get on our knees and praise de for any implementation, no matter how bad. logic
Notso
It's a waste of DE's resources if you ask me. That mod will be maxed then into my collectors pile.
LordofTibera
Who stays in a mission when its icy? Its only detrimental. Maybe if there was planet where all the missions were set to be icy then this mod would be great!
Afroman12
Lech Kril does ice damage and melee corpus crewmen does lightning damage Ice Levels not Ice Damage. When there is an Ice level it'll knock your shields down by 50% or something. Then you get 3% more shields? Lol nooo useless.
Inofor
there is one for fire too.... 3% not to mention that environment effects are random so you cant even plan to take one with you. The fire resistance one (Flame Repellent) is 2% unranked. It also takes 4 to 9 points for 2% to 12% of fire resistance. You can get +90% shield recharge rate or +320% health for 9 points. No, I'm not kidding. Edited May 28, 2013 by Inofor
leonvision
Ice Levels not Ice Damage. When there is an Ice level it'll knock your shields down by 50% or something. Then you get 3% more shields? Lol nooo useless. you should try to read what i quoted.
lifestream
it should give near 100% maxed out - considering that the environmental effects are random so most of the time it would make 0 difference and woudl waste waluable mod slots. And should work with environment effects only (not mob damage). Like 25/45/60/80/90% environment resist(fire, vacuum AND cold al together) RARE - so its worth the gamble of having it only sometimes. Second_Measure
If they would include high level areas that have ice as standard, then that would be okay. But since that condition is random, you're pretty wasting your slots for that mod.
GraalOhOtonami
Lech Kril does ice damage and melee corpus crewmen does lightning damage My bad.
ralwn
they should be sentinel mods but also share the effect with your warframe
Thypari2013
The elemental resistances up tp 12 or 15% is really good and balanced. But shield resistance for ice levels only 12% at max?! That must be a type from one of the devs!
Einsig_SV
- Corpus arctic missions now always count as ice levels. - Introduced 2 new arctic tile-sets. Edited May 28, 2013 by Ion_Sig
