BloodSteyn Posted September 26, 2015 Share Posted September 26, 2015 I saw a post a ways back mentioning that many players were submitting postcards with text that was disappearing from a lack of contrast against the background (dark on dark etc.). So here is a tip for anyone willing to take the time and put it into practice. I use PowerPoint to create some WordArt with fancy formatting, then right click and save as a Pic (PNG) and viola, you have a transparrent background text image you can easily insert into your image editor (GIMP is a great free one). BTW, if you want to know what PowerPoint, Gimp and a few filters from some free Windows 8.1+ apps (fotor and Phototastic) can do, here is my submission back from Pg 5.
