I'm a huge shotgun fan, all the way from my DOOM and Quake days. Now while I know I can't expect a mid-range one hit-kill like those days, I'm wondering if they use Cotton Candy for bullets in the future. If I use the Auto-Shotgun, I'm usually using 4 to 5 shells point-blank range on 1 Difficulty. Beef them up or give them a tighter grouping, the spread on them makes it to where you want to be balls close to the enemy. And if you're risking taking a lot of fire to get up close, the result needs to be a little more worth then having to spend half the rounds to kill a simple armored Grineer grunt on 1. MetaMortred Posted November 14, 2012 Share Posted November 14, 2012 Yeah, I wanted to create a Mag with shotgun specialty (since in theory it makes sense) but the damage was so low, I decided not to use it. TheSmalHobbit Posted November 14, 2012 Author Share Posted November 14, 2012 I'm still on Rhino, and they're CQB experts with their skillset. As the Mag with their Pull, the shotgun should just work.
