Not trying to be a $&*^ here, but it we are comparing the two, I think there are quite a lot needs to take into consideration. Like...How far are them from each other? Is there nothing between them? Take into account that Mesa can't move and takes a little bit of time to go into full speed and damage while Excalibur is fully mobile and will auto block 65% of all the damage, Sword waves can also punch through everything while Regulators can't shoot while someone is behind walls. And still im waiting for new (better) Gunblade. :P Exalted Blade. Can't beat a lightsaber. Yea we still dont have weapon based on lightsaber. Maybe next machette? Flying, soaring through the air, knocking them on their derriere. It's an experience beyond compare. My vote, jat kat, for best melee out there. I like it as it got style as hell, and it was known as the hardest hittimg melee. But all the swords here are super cool. Melee has so much to offer in terms of end game and high damage.
