melee damage vs charge damage mods.

There are both melee damage and charge damage mods for melee weapons. Charged mods affect charged attack made by holding e, melee mods affact everything else (normal slash, jump attack, slide attack)

However, there are only melee damage mods for the warframe, that do not affect charged damage. Also, the steel charge artifact is melee damage only.

Can we get charged damage mods for warframes? Or better yer, get rid of charged damage mods and make melee mods affect damage both for "normal" and charged attack. For sake of simplicity.

I have no problem with charge attack speed and melee speed being separate. Thats logical.

I second this. I can stack melee damage all day and still get the same charge damage, it's quite irritating since I use charge attacks more often than the regular swings (Especially on my heavy melees.)

Or instead of weapons having a seperate listing of normal melee damage and charge attack damage. Make charge attacks a multiplier of the melee damage and have the multiplier vary by weapon. Then you can drop the charge damage mods and weapon upgrades and just do straight melee damage.

It is ridiculous that basic melee damage increase but charge melee damage remain unchange. Charge melee damage should be depending on melee damage.

That is illogic when melee dmg is not related with charge dmg. Whereas the dmg benifitis not as significant as fire arm. You need two mods to increse both dmg which seems encouraging player use either melee or chage melee.

Warframe is gorgeous, melee play is one of the fantastic core value, it shouldn't be dull and monotone.

P.S. I even expect more performance on melee system(combo charge, special moves).
