Its just that you can't see the Naberus Shoulder in the Market, it must be accessed directly through the attachment window, thanks for pointing that out! This will add value to these mods and incentivize people to play PVP as well as adding a bit of potential build diversity to PVE. At any rate, I suspect that after the upcoming mod/damage overhaul PVE mods will look a lot more like PVP mods.
