Shield/Health mod nerf was too extreme

I understand that the previous percentages provided a potentially prodigious protection paramount of 17439, but I feel in it's current predicament, it's particularly problematic to produce a passable pool of it without sacrificing offense or utility.

It's absolutley fine as it is, imo. I've got full survival on my frame and full attack on my weapons, all 30, and the game is never truly difficult.

The only time it gets "challenging" is on level 5 difficulty modes with lots of enemies when you have to manage your shield regen a bit more, but that only really slows you down in solo.

Any more and you could walk through most of the game without even bothering to kill most stuff.

Shields are fine now, it was $&*&*#(%& that people could run around with 20k shield.
