Question About Arcane Resistance And Others Resistance Arcane Effect

Since this Arcane Resistance (10% - 40% Electricity Resistance) doesnt give +1 Arcane Revive if Maxed

 

1. Could it be Stack with Helmet "Max Arcane Resistance" (40% Electricity Resistance) + Syandana "Max Arcane Resistance" (40% Electricity Resistance) = 80% Electricity Resistance in total

 

2. I am even using Max Ligthning Rod Mod (60% Electricity Resistance) so could it be 140% or it's just 100% or quite different?

 

This is for Archwing Purpose in Jordas Verdict Raid,because the Golem can Instant Stun from "Electricity Attack" on Stage 3 (Pushing the Infested Spore) or in Stage 1 from Esophage "Electricity Attack"

 

3. If this Arcane does stack so other arcane that give other resistance can stack too? like Arcane Ice,Healing,Warmth,etc.

I thought arcane resistance and the others were just passive chance to avoid the proc and have no effect on the damage you take.
