(PSN)DesecratedFlame
"Good Reworks" Excalibur Rework- @#$#ing Amazing Frost Tweaks- @#$#ing Amazing Valkyr Tweaks- Nice but could use more Atlas- not necessarily a rework but the buffs shortly after release were nice "Bad Reworks" Saryn Tweaks- All hell breaks loose its still 3/1 and people are having doubts on the next reworks? The Valk rework was okay. The Excal rework was amazing - BUT - then they nerfed him repeatedly, both directly and indirectly The Frost rework was mediocre. The Mag rework was a travesty. The Saryn rework is a joke. The Mesa rework was also a joke. ^Their track record isn't exactly impressive.
TARINunit9
The Mesa rework was also a joke. Oh geeze, more of this... Yes, Mesa can't shoot enemies behind her. Yes, her first two shots have -25% damage penalty. But if you'd just put about 3 watts of energy into your playstyle you'll be rewarded with +10% damage each successful shot to a maximum of 250%
Volinus7
This happened when you made warframes with no scalability in a game that has scaling.
Zareek
Most likely they will just make bladestorm like a perpetual teleport loop, you have to mash E after every bamf to actually perform the executions. Or they make Bladestorm a QTE XD Ill make YOU a QTE!
Eftycchia
Ill make YOU a QTE! Bladestorm DDR, make it true now.
Gelkor
Bladestorm DDR, make it true now. Changelog: Ash has gained a new appreciation for rhythm and has had a reworked tookit to reflect this. · Shuriken Revisions: o Shuriken has been renamed Concert Invitation. o Concert Invitation’s damage has been lowered to 250 at max rank. o Concert Invitation now scales with melee weapon mods. · Smoke Screen Revisions: o Smoke Screen has been renamed Fog Machine. o Fog Machine’s stun effect now scales with duration. · Teleport Revisions: o Teleport has been renamed Electric Slide, received new animation. · Bladestorm Revisions: o Bladestorm has been renamed Dancestorm o Dancestorm is now toggleable and will drain energy over time, activation cost reduced. o Dancestorm now requires QTE Input to progress from target to target. o Ash requires Mirage Prism to activate Dancestorm, Dancestorm will end prematurely if Prism expires. There's Saryn Prime incoming and they need to sell her somehow, so I think there'll be more tweaks.
(PSN)Draconis1981
sadly i agree, the future is looking beak if this is the shape of things to come.
TheBrsrkr
It depends on the frame. If it's one of DE's favorites it will get buffed and glorified. If not, it will be "revisited" which is DE's term to nerf and spat on. [tinfoil intensifies]
(PSN)DesecratedFlame
You forgot Ember - they tried to rework/tweak her several times before she became usable. There's Saryn Prime incoming and they need to sell her somehow, so I think there'll be more tweaks. Trinity went through the same abuse. She is finally in a nice spot. There is just a clear pattern that whatever gets reworked will turn into garbage for at least a year. Then, if enough people constantly complain, it will start getting fixed. Let's not forget that DE said they thought Ember was in a good place even before the recent buffs.
Gale47
Feel better now? All Saryn needs is a tweak or two.
Letter13
Let's reserve our judgement for when the next frame actually gets reworked.
