according to the wiki, it drops from sabo missions on uranus.

the main question is, does it only drop if i find all 3 caches, or there's a chance that i get one if i just rush the mission?

 

if the 1st case is true, how much plat does it cost at average in the trading chat? (i know that this second question belongs to the trading forum, but my main question was that how can i get it)

As far as I know it can only be rewarded if you find all the caches.

 

I think it goes for like 30-40p in trading.

5.4% chance of dropping if you find all 3. Happy hunting, I did this last week and got all of the movement mods from the caches except Ice Spring. Get used to where they can spawn and you can quickly do the levels.

It's not in much demand, I don't think it gets traded much.

 

Yeah it only is a reward if you open all three caches.  I farmed a couple for the Halloween event.  It made the event a lot easier.

5,4% doesn't sound too good, but i'll try my luck a few more times.

Yeah, it's considered the tier-3 reward I believe. Therefore, all 3 caches must be found. Also, a couple of friends of mine, and myself included, were able to get it through transmutation. If you a good amount of extra credits laying around, I suggest trying your luck.
