Saturn Mission Telesto Bug

While doing the standard free the hostage mission, I recieved a second objective from Lotus. The second mission turned out to be another free the hostage mission. As soon as this happened the First hostage AI bugged a little and had some trouble following me. Eventually it reached a point in the mission where some fire was blocking a narrow corridor of a larger T-junction room. The AI would not follow me around the fire into the larger part of the room.

I decided to leave him and head onto the next AI in hope to complete the mission. The only bug that affected this AI however was he did not show up on the minimap as a green dot. The mission was completable in the end even though I had only brought one hostage to the end room.
