ChaotikDreamz 536
The new patch 8.0.6 brought with it a adjustment to the reticle. Before it was about a 1/8in to high. But now the adjustment went way to far to brining it a 1/4in to low now. Leading ot shots going way to high. Currently it's about aiming at a enemy's neck to hit them in the top of the head. tsubasakuroi 1,426
Feels weird aiming with the Braton now. :/
ChaotikDreamz 536
Feels weird aiming with anything now. I am missing mobs left and right shooting high now. Specially with paris and snipertron going for head shots.
PaperAlien 1,065
Is the reticule also shifted sideways? Because I just started using the Hek and it's missing a lot (or might just be lag).
ChaotikDreamz 536
Is the reticule also shifted sideways? Because I just started using the Hek and it's missing a lot (or might just be lag). No it's perfect on the horizontal plane, It's just off on the vertical plane defently ruffly a 1/4in from center screen. Your probably noticing now since your at a closer range that the shots fired actually come from the weapon postion. Meaning the bullets travel a diagonal path from weapon to center screen. So when in CQC shots tend to miss alot aiming with reticle.
ChaotikDreamz 536
Not the best pictures but you can clearly see how low the reticle compaired to impact is now. It defently needs moved back up to where the cluster of bolts are.
oKibbles 138
Oh so that's why I was missing alot with the vulkar. Thought I just suck at aiming with it. Could be both...
Awlkara 1,866
This has really affected my Dread gameplay... Hope this gets fixed soon... +1 from Queen.
BlueJackal 45
Here's me trying to defeat an exploding barrel with my Latron Prime. I actually started aiming a little higher than that, then lowered after each shot. That was my third shot, the fourth finally hit.
Strudul 176
ruffly a 1/4in from center screen. You realise that people have different screen sizes and resolutions, therefore 1/4" on a monitor isn't the same for everyone... Edited June 1, 2013 by Strudul
Irfir 185
Yeah it is anoying and for a shooter a disgrace! Fix it now!
Estred 561
Na, there is a change. I average 9/10 "mid-range" headshots on my Dread, now I am averaging 5/10 at the same range. I know enemies aren't behaving any different. I am aiming at thier shoulder so the arrow hits thier head, it makes long-range bow sniping very hard.
0shi 105
It's very obvious when you reload, the dot is no longer centred in the progress wheel :P
W00DSTER 175
yeah I noticed this too. It is odd however managable but needs to be fixed. May have something to do with FOV or even screen resolution have not tested it.
