Game crashes during loading screens

Alright so it's happened about four times now, during loading screens inbetween missions the screen will just go black and get stuck like that for over 5 minutes. So I exit the game to restart yet it's running in the background and I can't end it with process manager (yes even with elevated admin mode) so it's pretty fustrating when it crashes because I'll have to wait over an hour? for it to actually end the process on my computer before starting the client again. I usually just give up and go do/play something else.

Windows 7, 64 bit. User is admin, hardware's up to date. (Other than these random crashes which arn't too often it runs quite smoothly for me)\
