Complete Game restart bug

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but I just recently logged on to Warframe and it immediately went to the tutorial level from when you first play the game. Excalibur from the Tutorials even had my color scheme. I skipped it all and it gave me the choice to pick between Excal, Loki, and Volt again. I was confused, I thought it was a wipe or another beta stage, but then how come my lvl 30 Ember was on the login screen? So I chose Excal again(Didn't want to know what would happen if I didn't). It went to the planet select room with Excal sitting there, and he was fully equipped with all the gear I previously had on him. checked my arsenal and he's still lvl 30 with everything I gave him; Ember was there too. none of my mods or crafting materials are gone either. So it wasn't a wipe, because I still have everything. Some type of game-wide glitch maybe? Anyone have this happen to them as well?
