I know it says Mercury but I haven't found a single one yet :( Early on, easiest way is the first boss in Mercury. Almost always drops one. Otherwise I keep finding them at random in all sorts of places. I can't quite recall where, but it must have been Earth or Venus when I was trying to get other components.
