Kuria 12-2 Tile Question

I am not here to complain.

 

I just want to make sure that the tile in which this kuria spawns in is not currently disabled for whatever reason.

 

 

Update:

 

After weeks and hundreds of runs on all mission types on ceres, i found it after 2 or 3 runs of a random syndicate mission (abort, redo). It can spawn in syndicate missions on ceres, medaillons can spawn in this tile forcing it to come to existence.

No, it doesn't. I saw it yesterday when i'm doing survival in Gabii.
