AsianJoyKiller
For whatever reason, the Lex doesn't seem to be doing any damage (damage numbers don't even pop up) at all when I headshot the humanoid Corpus. All other weapons I've used do damage on headshots against that particular enemy type. A video example: http://www.twitch.tv/azurakna/b/359009689 MSI Afterburner doesn't seem to like Warframe's engine, so I had to record with Twitch and my connection isn't really streaming quality, so sorry for the poor quality. Ced23Ric
Corpus crewmen heads are immune to normal damage. To expand on this: Corpus Crewmen have a very high armour level on their heads, so you need either Puncture or Armour Piercing Damage to mush them. But even the slightest bit (Read, 13%) turns their heads into mincemeat. :)
JHarlequin
You need ap or an element on any weapon to get a real effect out of corpus headshots. I think puncture also works. Otherwise, that armored head piece (Whatever it is) keeps you from doing damage.

They take 20x headshot damage from AP, 4x damage from lightning, 2x from freeze, and 1x from fire. Puncture does nothing. note:They only take the elemental effects damage. No matter how much you do, the normal damage does nothing. I'm not sure, but I'd assume that punching them in the head would do 2x or something, but I don't punch them in the head. Arcalane
Yeah, my Lex used to have a +icedamage mod so it did a tiny bit of damage, but I swapped it for +17%APdamage and it now does a ridiculous 320 damage to them on headshots. 520 if it crits. KGeddon
Yeah, my Lex used to have a +icedamage mod so it did a tiny bit of damage, but I swapped it for +17%APdamage and it now does a ridiculous 320 damage to them on headshots. 520 if it crits. If you shoot a shield with that lex, non crit damage should be 95-99 for one number(normal damage) and 16(armor piercing damage). This is rough, because of normal damage carrying decimals(not shown, results rounded down when you shoot something), and mods having decimals(also not shown). That 17% AP could actually be 17.1% or 16.9%. Shields take 100% of all damage except freeze(200%), have no positional damage, but can be critted. AsianJoyKiller
Corpus crewmen heads are immune to normal damage. So it won't even show a "0" or "Immune" when I pop them in the head with an unmodded weapon? I'd normally $#*(@ about the lack of feedback and the fact that the game doesn't tell you this at all, but beta is beta. Instead I'll just recommend that they add some sort of indictaion that you are hitting the target, but that you're just doing no damage at all. As is stands, it just looks like the hit isn't even registering.
