Problems Reducing Clan Tier

I'm having some kind of bug when trying to downgrade from moon to mountain tier. After pressing the reduce clan tier button and confirming the "are you sure?" prompt, I'm getting the "Could not reduce clad tier: please finish contributions for pending rooms, or abort these rooms, before reducing clan tier". Problem is, there are absolutely no pending rooms, no constructing rooms, nor pending destruction rooms. None. I even cancelled any pending decors we had in the dojo and still getting the same message.

 

Is there something I'm missing, or is this really a bug? Please help.

Clan downsizing requires that you have previous barracks built. Do you have mountain barracks in your dojo?

As said, I'm downgrading from moon to mountain. Obviously I had all barracks and destroyed the moon ones.

I'm having this problem as well. Been trying to downsize my Clan from Mountain tier to Storm tier ever since U18 came out. I've deleted all unfinished rooms, decorations, and the Mountain Barracks, but still get that same message when I press the 'Reduce Clan tier' option. There's also a nonexistent Tenno lab showing in my Clan log, that might be causing this too. 

 

I already submitted a support ticket over a week ago, but haven't heard back from them yet. Really hope they get this fixed ASAP, so I can finally finish all the Clan tech I'm missing out on.
