Most likely they suspect the Tenno or Corpus...though if we're seeing these messages on our relays then they've tracked the signal to us. Could it be our void sabotage missions, or something else? Just recieved the message and the translation does look like "Void link severed", you might be onto something with the whole foreshadowing the destruction of the void. The wiki states that the orokin neural sentries can seize control of invaders and turn them into the corrupted so that they serve the tower till death, could be possible one of these invaders broke free from the neural sentry and is seeking help.
