Mag Frame and Skana Prime Maxed Rank Instantly

Joined a mission mid mission that was extremely laggy for me but decided to stick it out. Finally we get to the extraction point and I think that everything will be fine and I can just go back to the main menu but after the extraction and mission complete cutscene my game froze. So I exit warframe and restart it only to log back in to a I have reached rank 2 notification along with a maxed frame and weapon. I dont know what happened or what could've caused this but it definetly takes the fun out of the game since I am only on rank 6-11 missions. Any idea about what this bug is or how it can be fixed?

As you can see from my attached picture my game play time, overall rank xp, mission completions and the kills for this frame and weapon just do not add up at all to either of them being rank 30. Also you will notice that there is no affinity booster applied to my account which there should be since I purchased the Volt Value Pack a few hours ago and received everything but the booster effect, this is also another matter I could use help with.

Hmm.. what a pity.. Well, I wish thee good luck. Hopefully that bug'll get squashed soon so that others won't experience it.
