They'll come to us eventually. not likely, the older tennogen were part of a contest, and not part of steam workshop, pc users who do not have steam version of warframe cannot buy those new workshop items. Excal and volt have good ones, they just don't seem to fit all that well.Also, every weapon is infested, though admittadly the selection was limited.
