How To Farm Focus With Excalibur?

So I've got the madurai lens on excalibur but I don't know what is the most efficient way to farm focus.

 

Should I just bring a melee weapon and just use exalted blade on draco? I'm not sure

any high level endless mission is good. I would do a dark sector survival, can't remember the highest level one. But they have a good chance to reward R5 cores plus the infested are pretty easy to kill with EB. I would go the route of EB with the melee having life strike for survivability. 

 

Consoles haven't gotten the patch that fixes

so I would use that if you are looking to farm fast. It isn't a glitch or cheating, it is using a mechanic that is in game to help the grind. But it will be fixed in a future update.

People have told me that using his 3rd (Radial Javelin) on Draco is the best way to go. I cant confirm this as I just farm my focus from stealth missions with Ivara.

Uhm... the only nodes you can farm focus on with excalibur faster than loki w/ stealth kills is Stephano/Draco with RJ spam build (dont even try using exalted lol)
Since you are killing only with warframe abilities you dont need 2 lenses (like loki)

The RJ spam build does sound interesting, might give it a whirl, reminds me when excalibur's RJ was used 24/7 to farm standing back in the good old days. I'll also try using EB in higher level missions and compare the two and see which gives me more focus, thanks guys.

Well I have an guy in my Clan who uses RJ with an spam build , too . He also compared the two and RJ won with around 50 K Focus per Run :D I might ask him for the build and write it down here

I'm not sure even pre-rework Mesa could outperform RJ Excal at Draco. Saryn never came nowhere close to him. He's the best for solo-dps frame oriented squad for Draco (and defences) for at least three month already.

Though, you do need very competent Trin and a buff frame.

The best squad would be RJ Excal, EV Trin, FF Frost, Fast Nova.

No need for RJ. EB kills count as ability kills. Just playing in melee mode w EB is therefore quite effective.

EB works, but when it comes down to it, RJ on Draco will ALWAYS net you more focus in a shorter period of time, you can't deny that you get WAY more kills in one round of Draco than five minutes of a survival mission.
