Which means IF it is a real bug and not somebody just forgetting what they had, it's a weird bug that's hard to trigger. So if it does happen, be sure to document exactly what you were doing and what happened. But what else did you have equipped when this happened, is my question. The problem is NOT simply "use forma, lens is downgraded", because I've done it and nothing bad happened. :| Need details about exactly what the starting conditions were and exactly what you did.
