Help Picking New Warframe

I've been playing Warframe for a few weeks now, and am looking for a new frame. I'm not sure which frame would suit my playing style best. 

To sum up my playing style, I just like spamming Excalibur's 4th ability. I want something great offensively, but don't want to sacrifice too much defense. I don't want something TOO fragile.

Any suggestions?

I'd say Valkyr is your choice

Ember. She has amazing offenses and some good CC. Her parts also drop in one of the earlier planets.

Valkyr would look to be your choice. 
Her 4th is a more close-ranged version of Excalibur's 4th, basically, and she is invulnerable during her 4th.

If you like spamming death around, Ash isn't bad though spamming his ult can get boring.

Chroma is also a good choice, ice+vex armor is quite nice.

And that isn't a pun.

Atlas has high armor also, but...you'll spam the first ability.

 

But in your terms, valkyr would be best.

Not sure how far you've gotten in the game, but if you're looking for your first non-starter frame, try Rhino. It's incredibly sturdy (2nd ability) and has crowd control ability (4th) and can boost your damage as well (3rd).

Choose Valkyr since her 4th attack is similar to Excalibur's 4th

Enjoy her invincibility with the 4th ability :)

Frost (Prime FTW) is decently sturdy (not least factoring in Snow Globe)

and has good AoE offense with useful secondary (slow / freeze / armor reduction) effects.

 

Max Range 24/7 Firequake + Accelerant spam Ember is nigh untouchable,

and certainly no slouch in the offense department.

 

Rhino isn't too flashy but simply a solid choice for pretty much any mission.

 

Ash has considerable offense, and (that as well as) being invisible is often the best defense.

 

E.g. Chroma / Valkyr / Wukong are definitely tough to take down

but the lack of Squad support options - barring revives, I guess - kinda sucks :(
