I'm At Minus 2 With A Syndicate And I Never Got Their Sigil. How Do I Get Rep With Them?

So yeah, I'm at -44000 exp right now, and I don't have the initial sigil since I never did the initiation. I can't find a way to get exp, and it's not letting me make the orokin catalyst sacrifice because apparently my reputation is too low. What do I do now?

Which syndicate is it? Did you align with a syndicate they oppose before trying to join them?

Whoever is the ally with that syndicate, use their sigil as using thir allies' sigil will also gain rep for the syndicate with -44000 points

depending on your choices you can actually max a 4th rep.   I did perrin, loka, and red veil to start out, and decided recently I wanted to fix my rep with steel meridian.   So I put on my red veil badge and did RV alerts daily and in less than a week am now on rank 2 positive from rank 2 negative.   It was annoying to pay to undo the negative rep though --- from -2 to -1 cost me a forma or potato or something (already forgot which).    I only get 50% of the xp for each alert but it moves right along without lowering anything else in my allies. 

 

I don't think its possible to break a faction beyond recovery, but it will be a lot of trouble to fix.   And remember that if you start buying items in your main faction youll need more points in your main faction which will lower the bad one again...   you can't, by design, keep them all happy AND still earn good rewards.
