Inconsistencies in the level of dropped mods.

The patchnotes specified that now the level of dropped mods depends on the level of the enemy who dropped it.

True, but not entirely. I have a level 30 SNIPETRON but I swapped today to GORGON I just bought. Now lv9.

I brought the said GORGON to a PLUTO level (enemy level 36-51) and I dropped there a LEVEL 8 rifle mod.

(which, by the way, was a blue rank fire damage mod, which should've been level 30, +25% so FRUSTRATING)

So, what is the deal with this?

Is the level of dropped mods dependant on BOTH the enemy level and gear-you-brought-with-you level?

Not always. My higher rank on a Melee weapon is 24, on the same level I dropped a melee mod, which, if what happened before is correct, should've been level 24.

But no, it was level 30. Why does this happen?

I also dropped other mods, all in PLUTO this session, here's the list, very noticeably inconsistant:

Again these were all dropped in PLUTO, so they should've supposedly been all rank 30.

The ones for stuff you don't have not always are rank 1

Sometimes they are affected by the weapon you're carrying

Some mod drops are still not in line. We are hoping for a patch today.
