Platinum Discount Not Working

I've earned a platinum discount when I logged in a few hours ago and clicked "claim" to use it for later. To my knowledge, an icon of a shopping cart should appear at the upper right of my screen when I have a discount and platinum prices will be displayed in their discounted prices in the buy platinum page but it seems nothing has changed. How do I fox this?

just wait for it, it'll appear in a couple of minutes, also relogging helps

Yeah, just relog. Both In-Game and the website. It should most likely be fixed.

The discount should/is instant and I've already tried relogging several times. Doesn't seem to be working.
