Its been about 10 hours or so since I made the purchase, and I haven't received the platinum, or any of the items on the account linked to my steam account. What should I do? Also there is the Steam Winter sale which also might slow down the processes especially with server problems. Just wait and contact the support like Dhrekr already said.
