Mag exudes a polarizing aura of magnetic energy that restores 10% / 15% / 25% / 50% of friendly shields and depletes the same percentage from enemy shields within a 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 meter radius.

 

^ that's from the wiki. The boost from mirage will give it a higher percentage of shield being removed. The damage dealt to enemies around it is the amount of shield being removed... So unless you have a low damage mag build, no it will not affect the damage (beyond 100%).

 

To anyone with better knowledge about mag... feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

 

EDIT: whoops missed something:

 

A drained target produces a violent outburst of magnetic energy inflicting 100% / 150% / 200% / 250% of the enemy's drained shields. Damage multiplier is affected by Power Strength.

 

So yes it DOES affect it, sorry for the confusion >.<

As I understand Eclipse, it only boosts physical (IPS) damage.

 

Shield Polarize deals Magnetic damage, so ... nope.

 

Also, Eclipse doesn't grant a bonus to Power Strength so it shouldn't affect the % of Shields drained.

This is the correct answer. TE buffs only weapon and IPS ability damage.

Sorry but wrong answers.

Mirage eclipse only works on weapons.

To augment dmg of shield polarize yo have other interesting ways.

Frost, ember, volt and Saryn have an first ability augment that augment all damage done by warframes.

Fireball Frenzy is a Warframe Augment Mod for Ember that allows Fireball to be cast on allies, temporarily granting them additional Heat b Heat damage to all attacks, including Warframe powers.

Molecular Prime doubles damage too.

And Mag shield polarize can do a 100% shield drain with 7.1 multiplier.

So in a perfect scenario you can multiply shield value damage 7.1*2.99*2=42.458

Even more because Frost, ember, volt and Saryn are stacables bonus.

But that is really overkill because shield scales half than hitpoints so in all moment a x2 damage multiplier should be enought.

IMO full power Mag with max range and a nova Molecular Prime would do x11.2 damage multiplier.

Also and because this is a endgame setup 4xCP is mandatory cause the armor reduction damage is exponential.
