Slow Nova Question

Hi all, I just have a couple questions about slow nova. Currently, I have around 240% duration, 105% efficiency, 145% power, and a range of around 60-70%. The 105% efficiency comes from having streamline and a level 4 blind rage. My question is how much efficiency should I have. Should I sacrifice some of my duration to get higher efficiency (by adding fleeting expertise)? Should, instead of using a level 4 blind rage to get my max slow, use intensify and a level 1 blind rage? Overall, for the novas out there, how much duration do you have, what is considered adequate? The same question goes for how much efficiency do you have on your nova. I'm just wondering how you would balance those two stats, should I have less duration to make more room for efficiency? I am using flow as well. Thank you.

There is also the option of using Intensify and a Power Drift in the exhilus slot. This is what I am currently using:

For my nova build I completely ignore range and efficiency and just go for max power and duration to make up for the cost of blind rage I just use a primed flow and I usually have more than enough energy to use it ~3-4 times at any given moment no reason to have range if you're building for MP as the only thing range will affect on it is the blast radius when enemies die

The build that I personally use is as follows:

 

Aura: CP

 

R9 Blind Rage

R10 Primed Continuity

Intensify

R5 Fleeting Expertise

Streamline

R10 Narrow Minded

Redirection

 

Last mod is switched as necessary, but is normally Stretch for low-level missions and Vitality for sorties. I find that the slightly less duration is worth it for being able to cast it much more often, especially if you don't have unlimited energy (EV Trinity, etc.)

For Trials i swap out Streamline and slot Natural Tathis build is best....power drift and intesity cover 75% slow down is all u need cz molecular prime and antimatter drop are caped at 2x dmg
