You'll definitely need more than 4, to get endgame potential but the build is the usual.

Storm, Infected, Hellfire, Misc.

 

Misc can be a dual stat element mod for 50% status chance or Cryo.

More than 4 doesn't seem too hard to accomplish anymore so that works. At least it's something to build off of for now.

I'm just looking to start out being able to do all t1-4 void Esque missions with more ease and then go from there.

This build, but consider dropping Heavy Caliber for Rifle ammo Mutation or bringing a Rifle Scavenger Aura.

Four to six forma.

 

The BratonP can hit around 23k dps. However, you will give up status chance to do it. Your choices are high status or blistering dps, but at the cost of voracious ammo consumption.

 

So, my own BratonP has six forma in it. I've had the gun a very long time--before the 60/60 mods came out, so it's based around raw damage. One 90% combo, one 60/60 mod, serration, shred, split chamber, heavy caliber, and vile acceleration. This'll get you around 22k dps, a bit over 50% status and a hellacious RoF, so you must exert some trigger discipline or you'll run it dry in no time. On the plus side, though, it kicks &amp;#&#33; and takes names.
