0 DogManDan Posted December 28, 2015 Share Posted December 28, 2015 (edited) have you max ranked everything including all Archwing content, sentinels, kubrows, etc? If so than you should be able to test for MR21. I am MR 21 and still have not leveled everything. I still have yet to get carrier prime, have not finished Mag or Ivara to max level, and a couple melee from Archwing to finish up a bit as well. Any chance you are missing Kubrows, event weapons, weapons/sentinels from Baro/Void/other (including vaulted items), or Archwings/AW weapons?
