Can't Access To Other Players

I've been playing warframe for like 3 weeks, but i noticed that my chat box is always loading.
Matchmaking takes forever for players to join
Empty relay no matter which planet's relay i visit.
and it always prompts me to ensure access to udp.
Is it my router's problem or what?
Kinda frustrated when  you have to solo every mission.

Which country do you live in, and which region are you set to in the in-game settings?

I live in Malaysia. The region i Set is Asia if not mistaken

yeah asia for the most part  is dead put it to the usa west / east and you'll find players

Alright, I'll change channels and have a look.

but still the chat is always loading...what ever i type never shows up.

I assume is router problem?

It tells you to forward ports, doesn't it? Google how to do it and do it.
